• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195
• Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
• Contract Length: 18 weeks
• Start Date: September 15, 2025
• End Date: January 19, 2026
• Unit: G90 Urology – Med/Surg Telemetry
• Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2250-$2310
• Employment Type: Locum tenens, travel nursing contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all active)
• One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (max 2 attempts)
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract
• Background check and fingerprinting required
• Nicotine screening required (nurses temporarily exempt)

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Participate in unit-based assessments and ongoing clinical education
• Float to similar hospital units as needed
