Envision Commercial Cleaning is hiring dependable, hardworking Commercial Cleaners, Janitors, Custodians, Cleaning Specialists, Environmental Services (EVS) Technicians, Building Cleaners, Office Cleaners, Housekeepers, Sanitation Workers, and General Cleaners to join our growing team.

Our team provides professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services for a variety of businesses and commercial facilities throughout West Chester, Ohio and the surrounding communities. We are currently expanding and are looking for reliable people who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Whether you have experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial services, office cleaning, industrial cleaning, manufacturing cleaning, warehouse cleaning, school custodial work, environmental services (EVS), housekeeping, sanitation, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance, or you're looking to begin a long-term career with a stable company that values hard work, we'd love to meet you.
This is a Second Shift position beginning at 5:00 PM. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Cleaner, Janitor, or Custodian, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and healthy workplaces for our customers.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Commercial office cleaning
• General janitorial services
• Daily custodial services
• Cleaning manufacturing and industrial facilities
• Cleaning warehouses and distribution centers
• Cleaning offices, conference rooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Thorough restroom cleaning and restroom sanitation
• Restocking paper products, soap dispensers, and other supplies
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, vents, ledges, and baseboards
• Cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, doors, and entryways
• Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Operating commercial floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Following cleaning schedules and quality standards
• Safely using commercial cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
• Following OSHA and workplace safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Working independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, sanitation, building maintenance, or facility maintenance is preferred but not required
• Paid training is available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic
