As a key member of the Data Enablement & Reporting team, you'll work alongside talented data and business intelligence professionals dedicated to helping teams across the Consumer Bank excel through innovative data modeling and visualization. You'll have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that not only inform but inspire action.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using industry-leading tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar).

Translate analytical findings into compelling visual stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver prototypes, and refine dashboard solutions.

Ensure data quality and accuracy in all visualizations and reports.

Automate recurring reporting processes to boost efficiency and reliability.

Provide training and support to end users on dashboard tools and best practices.

Stay current with data visualization trends and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally within a business analytics or reporting environment.

Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Strong skills in SQL and data manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus but not required.

Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
