Should have minimum 10 years experience. And the SDET role is truly a hybrid functional/automation role. So they need to have a solid QA tester background
Designs and executes automated tests for web, API, and mobile platforms.

Maintains test suites and contributes to performance testing.
Operates independently within Agile teams to ensure software quality.
