Job Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the leasing office
- Process applications, maintain resident files, and manage documentation
- Assist with phones, emails, data entry, and office organization
- Support leasing tasks as needed, including touring and customer service
- Use property management software to track tasks and maintain records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- High proficiency with computers and software
- Customer service and communication strengths
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office
- Industry experience preferred
