Maintenance Operations Coordinator
The Properties at Wright Field in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Operations Coordinator to work at our residential community. ABOUT THE PROPERTIES AT WRIGHT FIELD Serving Wright-Patterson Air Force Base since 2002, The Properties at Wright Field is currently home to over 2,100 active-duty military, non-active-duty residents, and their family members. Our modern floor plans include attached garages and privacy fencing, with high-speed internet, cable, and telephone access available in multiple rooms and common areas. Recent renovations also include new flooring, cabinetry, counters, appliances, roofs, doors, windows and heating and cooling. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will support our facilities maintenance team by coordinating administrative processes, scheduling, and resident communication for maintenance and special projects. This role serves as a key liaison between maintenance leadership, residents, vendors, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating badge process according to Wright Patterson Air Force Base requirements
- Ensuring that contractors are approved, have the correct documents and access
- Assist with scheduling and cording appointments with residents for special projects
- Maintain maintenance calendars, time-off schedules, and field support logistics
- Enter, assign, and complete work orders in Yardi
- Draft and distribute weekly informational/emergency newsletters with relevant updates for residents
- Support maintenance leadership with operational initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Computer proficiency including Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Word proficiency and scheduling platforms.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Professional, friendly, and courteous Work well with other team members including residents, vendors, and team members.
Residential Property maintenance experience a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE FOR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This full-time position works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
