Service Advisor
Parkway Automotive is accepting applications for a Service Advisor. We are a clean and friendly; family-owned and operated full-service automotive repair facility in Fairfax / Mariemont area, that is looking for a Service Advisor with the aforementioned qualities. We have been in business for over thirty-two years. We operate during a Monday thru Friday work week. We are never open on weekends.
Do you like working with people? Would you recognize great customer service if you saw it? Could you deliver it? Our company prides itself on our superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional phone skills.
- Some computer skills.
- We are currently searching for that special individual who is cheerful, friendly, and has a high aptitude to keep self-motivated.
- Enjoys learning new things while maintaining our current superior level of customer service.
- Bi-lingual would be helpful, but not necessary.
Compensation will be based on experience and ability.
