Who are You at MacLellan?
As the Site Facilities Manager, you are a part of Best People, you lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians. The Site Facilities Manager will report to our Regional Business Manager and work closely with our customers to identify maintenance opportunities for improving quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, while managing a team to ensure effective execution. You apply expertise in Industrial Maintenance Operations to ensure all work is performed safely at the highest quality levels. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class customer service reputation. As the Site Facilities Manager, you will work as a business partner with our clients, you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our Best Systems while you engage with our team to share your voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver Best Results!

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated through experience
- Ability to efficiently utilize maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
- In-depth knowledge of standard processes, high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge

- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

- All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
