Chief Financial Officer (Cincinnati)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring fiscal integrity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives including M&A, capital structure, and investor relations.
• Implement scalable systems and processes to support growth and improve financial visibility.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or CPA preferred but not required
• 7+ years of progressive experience
• Proven success in scaling finance operations in high-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
