Finance Manager
Love a fast-paced sales environment and helping customers win? Don Wood Polaris is seeking a high-energy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing power sports team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer buying experience—guiding customers through financing solutions, protection products, and final paperwork while ensuring every deal is smooth, transparent, and positive. You’ll work closely with our sales team to maximize customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and drive dealership success. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic dealership setting, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in the exciting world of power sports. Pay range is $45,000- $75,000 based off of performance.
Job Description
- Present financing, warranty, and protection product options to customers
- Deliver a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize results and customer satisfaction
- Accurately complete and process all finance and insurance paperwork
- Support dealership goals for profitability and compliance
