Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This position is based in Fairfield, OH, and involves operating machines in a cleanroom environment. The role offers a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a three-month contract-to-hire duration.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
• Bag and package products efficiently and accurately.
• Sanitize machinery as needed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.
• Familiarity with CNC production and inspection processes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
