Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our organizational communication efforts and shaping our public image. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with our mission and values. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage social media presence, including posting updates and engaging with followers.
• Assist in the production of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and press kits.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed about company news and updates.
• Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote organizational initiatives and enhance community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
