Automotive Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic software to troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems.
- Carry out routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair methods through ongoing learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with 12-volt wiring is a plus.
