Ken Herbert Plumbing is growing and looking to add an experienced Service Plumber to our team. For more than 30 years, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, honest service, and dependable expertise across residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. Our certified professionals handle everything from service repairs and drain cleaning to remodeling and backflow testing—and we take pride in doing things the right way.

As a Service Plumber, you’ll play a key role in supporting our continued growth by diagnosing issues, delivering high-quality repairs, and interacting directly with customers. What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service work using our Upfront Pricing Book (iPad)
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems with accuracy and integrity
• Complete all invoices, documents, and customer payments with organization and accountability
• Properly operate, transport, and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
• Work a flexible schedule with the understanding that overtime may occasionally be required
• Maintain a team-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude on every job

What You Bring

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (service experience required)
• Ohio or Kentucky Journeyman’s Plumbing License preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening
• A commitment to professionalism, customer communication, and problem-solving
