Remote Client Support Specialist
Were looking for a service-driven Remote Client Support Specialist to help deliver an exceptional client experience within a structured, advisor-led service model. In this role, youll partner closely with assigned advisors to support clients throughout their experience — answering questions, coordinating details, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. What Youll Do:
- Provide responsive support to clients through their assigned advisor
- Answer questions and deliver clear, accurate information
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Ensure timely updates and a seamless overall experience
What Were Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred (not required)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
- Must be a citizen of the US, Uk, LATAM, Spain or Australia
