HR Sales Representative

HR Sales Overview: As an HR Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our HR services to businesses and organizations. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about human resources while utilizing their sales and relationship-building skills to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for HR services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and requirements.
- Tailored Solutions: Present customized HR services and proposals that meet client needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work alongside HR professionals to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within a service-oriented industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Interest in HR: A willingness to learn about human resources and its practices.
- Experience: 3+ years in HR-related sales is preferred but can be taught.
- Certifications: Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a bonus.
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses on new sales.
