**Job Title: Packaging & Mixing Operator**
Minerva, Ohio
1st Shift
Starting Pay: $13.50/hr

### Pay & Advancement

* Start at **$13.50/hr**
* After **160 hours worked**, receive a **$0.50 raise** $14.00/hr
* Upon being hired in, you immediately begin your **90-day probationary period**
* After 90 days, you become a **Union member**
* Union employees can earn **up to $16.00/hr**

## What Youll Do

As a Packaging & Mixing Operator, youll be a key part of the production team ensuring products are accurately mixed, packaged, and ready for distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

* **Packaging Products** Accurately and efficiently package products according to company and safety standards
* **Operating Mixers** Prepare product formulas using mixing equipment
* **Measuring Ingredients** Use basic math skills to measure and combine materials precisely
* **Quality Control** Inspect products to ensure they meet company standards
* **Safety First** Follow all safety procedures while handling materials and equipment
* **Equipment Care** Perform routine checks and cleaning to keep operations running smoothly
* **Record Keeping** Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation
* **Team Collaboration** Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily goals
