Travel Radiology X-Ray Tech Job

Responsibilities
- Operate X?ray, fluoroscopy, and portable radiographic equipment to obtain high?quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients correctly, ensuring comfort and adherence to radiation?safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to review and assess imaging results.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and promptly report malfunctions.
- Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ARRT certification required (additional state licensure if applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiography preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in general radiography, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging.
- Excellent communication, critical?thinking, and patient?care skills.
- Willingness and ability to accept travel assignments across multiple facilities.
