Snapshot of Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry of client information
• Responsible for client follow up calls
• Scheduling of conference calls, Zoom, Teams, etc.
• Interacts with staff, customers and the community in a positive and respectful manner
• Assists with facilitating day to day operations in the lab
• Creates and maintains a positive environment for customers that provides a safe space for them to decompress, de-escalate and feel supported
• Helps to de-escalate customers who are demonstrating heightened behavior
• Ability to understand and effectively work with technology
• Assists with selecting appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
• Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Positive, professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to exhibit flexibility in work schedule and job tasks, ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance and a good driving record
