Seeking PRN Acute NP or PA for Neurosurgery - Mercy Health Springfield, OH

Mercy Health in Springfield, OH is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to support neurosurgery at Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mercy Health Springfield Neurosurgery. This role involves providing high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, and operating room settings. The APC will assist with call coverage, including weekend rounding and acute treatment oversight (ATO) in a 1:4 evening and weekend call rotation.

We consider Acute Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

• Average patient load: 15-20 patients/day
• Adult & Geriatric care
• This is a PRN opportunity with clinic support during office hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm)
• Support physician with inpatient and outpatient surgery rounding
• Willingness to become a first assist in the OR or support as a first assist
• Experience with BrainLab and Loopx Technology
