Vendor/Contracts Manager

Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Vendor and Contracts Manager to work remotely in the Cleveland, OH. This person will work directly with the IT organization to centralize and manage contracts, negotiate with vendors on behalf of the business, and manage renewals. This individual will also collaborate with IT leaders and oversee external firms for large-scale contract reviews.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Stand up and lead the function.

• Discover, gather, and organize IT/IS contracts centrally.

• Proactively manage commercial termination and renewals.

• Work with technology leaders and CIO.

• Ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.

PR: $50-$70/hr

Skills and Requirements

• Indirect procurement experience

• Vendor management and negotiation expertise

• Experience with major IT vendors (i.e., Microsoft, SAP, Workday)

• Able to manage and centralize IT contracts

• Experience hiring/managing external contract review firms

• Familiar with IT governance and compliance processes
