Attorney Environmental Insurance Defense – Litigation Specialist – Cleveland, OH
Evaluate, process, and manage assigned claims for Toxic Tort, Environmental, Pollution, and Asbestos.
- Analyze claim submissions for potential coverage.
- Determine appropriate course of action to resolve claim.
- Assess liability and pursue or preserve recovery.
- Engage and direct outside counsel in litigation or curative efforts.
- Negotiate settlements to resolve claims.
- Review and track insured related expenditures.
