About the role
Job Description
Establishes Short-term/Long-term financial strategies in Carrier HMT, including financial planning, cost reduction strategies and earned value management.
Leads, directs, and controls financial activities to support the short and long-term strategic business plans of the organization, including pricing strategies, revenue policies, and cost modeling to ensure that financial commitments are met.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed financial metrics into business decision-making.
Leads HMT financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
Directs the organization's financial activities to ensure they are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, standards, procedures and policies.
Advises leadership on current and future financial matters that impact the operations of the organization. Lead and drive standardization and process streamline in operation. To drive efficient organization.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years in a multinational industrial or manufacturing enterprise. Proven track record in managing financial operations across HMT region and international markets.
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or MBA; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification required; CFA preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) with experience leading multicultural teams to achieve integrated financial and operational targets
- Good leadership and communication skills. With strong ownership and result-driven mindset.
