About the role

• Job Description

  • Establishes Short-term/Long-term financial strategies in Carrier HMT, including financial planning, cost reduction strategies and earned value management.

  • Leads, directs, and controls financial activities to support the short and long-term strategic business plans of the organization, including pricing strategies, revenue policies, and cost modeling to ensure that financial commitments are met.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed financial metrics into business decision-making.

  • Leads HMT financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

  • Directs the organization's financial activities to ensure they are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, standards, procedures and policies.

  • Advises leadership on current and future financial matters that impact the operations of the organization. Lead and drive standardization and process streamline in operation. To drive efficient organization.

Qualifications

• ​Minimum 10 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years in a multinational industrial or manufacturing enterprise. Proven track record in managing financial operations across HMT region and international markets.
• ​Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or MBA; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification required; CFA preferred.
• ​​Bilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) with experience ​leading multicultural teams to achieve integrated financial and operational targets
• Good leadership and communication skills. With strong ownership and result-driven mindset.
