Front Desk Associate (Evening)

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team for an evening position. This role is critical in ensuring the facility is not only welcoming to members at the end of the day, but also properly maintained, cleaned, and reset for the next day’s operations.

The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and finishing strong. This position requires a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage both member experience and facility standards during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Front Desk Operations:

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional presence.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist with membership and service inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with the CUSTOMFIT360 brand.

Facility Cleaning & Closing Standards (Primary Focus):

• Take full ownership of evening cleaning and closing responsibilities.
• Ensure the facility never appears “closed” while members are still present—cleaning should be seamless and non-disruptive.
• Thoroughly clean and reset all training areas, equipment, and common spaces.
• Sanitize all equipment and high-touch surfaces.
• Re-rack weights, organize equipment, and eliminate clutter.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Clean mirrors, glass, and front desk areas to a streak-free standard.
• Maintain and clean restrooms to a high standard.
• Prepare the facility so it looks “opening-ready” for the next day.
• Ensure all supplies are restocked for the following day.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Complete end-of-day front desk tasks.
• Assist with member check-ins and system updates.
• Communicate any facility or maintenance issues to management.

Job Details:
