What you will do:

• Lead a two-person crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor-air-quality add-ons.
• Design, fabricate, and set sheet-metal duct systems to spec.
• Train helpers, complete digital checklists, and close out jobs on an iPad.
• Keep truck, tools, and job sites spotlessprotecting the Watkins reputation.
  
• Continuously learn and grow your skills through training and development opportunities.
• Represent Watkins Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• EPA Certification
• 3+ year of Experience
• Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
• NATE certification preferred but not required
