The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Customer Marketing Specialist to elevate our customer engagement in the flavor industry. This role focuses on crafting compelling, trend-driven presentations that showcase our cutting-edge flavor solutions, inspire innovation among customers, and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines a deep passion for flavors, sharp market trend awareness, and exceptional storytelling skills to deliver engaging, customer-focused narratives that drive business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft Tailored Presentations: Develop high-impact, customized presentations that integrate flavor trends, consumer insights, and our innovative solutions to captivate customers and spark product innovation.
• Analyze Market Trends: Conduct in-depth research on emerging flavor trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to create authoritative content that positions our company as an industry thought leader.
• Collaborate with Customers: Partner closely with sales and R&D teams to deeply understand customer needs, tailoring presentations to align with their brand vision and innovation goals.
• Create Compelling Content: Design visually stunning and persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, sales sheets, and flavor application demos, using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with sales, leadership, and product development teams to ensure presentations reflect company strategies and deliver measurable value to customers.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Actively engage with the flavor industry through trade shows, webinars, and networking events, incorporating the latest insights to keep presentations fresh and relevant.

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related role, preferably in the flavor, food or beverage industry.
• Creative and analytical mind with sound strategic ability.
• Excellent project management, self-organization, presentation and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and SEO is a plus.
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
• An excellent listener and can also be assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
