Your Role as Lead Estimator

• Take charge of the entire estimating process, develop accurate bids, and strategize winning proposals.

• Interpret project plans and specs, coordinate seamlessly with skilled PMs, foremen, our owner, and valued partners.

• Support project management functions: contract review, submittals, scheduling, and efficient resource assignment.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring project profitability and excellence.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field—or comparable experience.

• 5+ years’ hands-on civil construction estimating, with specialties in utilities, earthwork, or roadway projects (preferred).

• Proficiency in HeavyBid, MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and blueprint/spec review.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• A motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
