- Minimum 6 months driving experience
- Moving Violations:
- No careless or reckless in the past 5 years
- Applicants with 2 or more DUI/DWI's, Reckless and or Careless driving charges or any combination of such, must have both charges in excess of 10 years from date of application and show no other patterns of habitual behavior involving alcohol or drug related offenses.
- No DUI/DWI's in the last 5 years
- Automatic DQ's: recent at fault rollover in the past year amp; No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime
