Call Center Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications. This role supports appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and service coordination while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner * Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups * Schedule consultations and manage appointment calendars * Document customer interactions and update records accurately * Provide general information about services and scheduling * Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when needed * Support communication between customers and internal teams Minimum requirements: * Previous experience in call center, customer service, or administrative roles preferred * Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills * Comfortable managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently * Basic computer skills, including email and data entry * Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented * Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
