Summary
The Principal Consultant contributes to the Delivery Practice of NetSuite Professional Services. You will be part of a team that assists customers with implementing Functional NetSuite Cloud ERP Financials solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams and partners. As part of the Social Impact team, you will be expected to understand the nuances to nonprofit accounting and organizational needs. An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within NetSuite ERP.
Qualifications include:

3 OR MORE years of relevant professional experience TO INCLUDE NetSuite ERP Financials functional solution implementation and/or administration. Competitive ERP solution experience will be considered.

Consulting role experience.

Project and/or team leadership experience.

Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.

Ability to guide customer based on leading practices.

Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Administration or related field

Nonprofit Industry Experience highly preferred. Understanding of unique aspects of nonprofit organizations such as Grant Management, FASB Reporting, and Fund Accounting.

NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or other NetSuite certifications a plus.

Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Responsibilities include:
· Gather and document customer business requirements
· Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements
· Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
· Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite
· Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
· Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
· Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
· Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets
· Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $78,500 to $128,500 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
