Shipping and Receiving Associate - $19 - $22/hr
This is a temp-to-hire position. Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Order Puller for a client working with pipes, valves, and fittings. Responsibilities:- Receives and unloads freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Checks for damaged goods
- Delivers and retrieves product from storage areas
- Tags and issues product
- Stocks shelves and rotates inventory
- Assembles pallets or selects preassembled containers, inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding
- May operate forklift, reach truck or stand up order picker to move, transport, or hoist material
- Observe all safety precautions and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
- Maintain Housekeeping in assigned work area
- Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekend availability optional
- Computer experience preferred (but not required)
- PVF industry experience preferre
- 1+ years’ experience in shipping and receivin
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamic
- Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 8AM
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation
- Committed to working safely and following policies and procedures of the operation
- Positive attitude; good team player
