**Job Title: Auto Glass Technician**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled **Auto Glass Technician** to join our team. As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, replacement, and installation of automotive glass for various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with automotive glass, including windshields, windows, and mirrors, and have a strong commitment to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Replace and repair damaged auto glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and mirrors.

- Properly remove and install auto glass according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

- Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure safe, precise, and high-quality installations.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining the process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Safely handle and transport glass to and from customer locations or service areas.

- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, following safety protocols and company standards.

- Inspect vehicle glass for damage and advise customers on repair or replacement options.

- Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and any other necessary documentation.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as an Auto Glass Technician or similar role (minimum of [2] years preferred). Will train the right candidate!

- In-depth knowledge of automotive glass installation and repair techniques.

- Ability to work with a variety of vehicle makes and models.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all glass installations.

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and handle large glass panels.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience working with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibration.
