What You'll Do as Lead Member Services Representative

As a Lead Member Service Rep, you'll guide and support our member service team to ensure every member receives exceptional service. You'll also:

• Train and mentor new and existing tellers on policies, procedures, and customer service best practices
• Assist members with financial transactions, listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate services
• Promote loan products, savings tools, and additional services
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and empathy
• Serve as the vault teller, managing currency and ensuring accuracy in night deposits and cash operations
• Perform administrative and compliance tasks including reviewing documents, obtaining credit histories, and data entry
• Stay current on industry regulations through ongoing training and seminars

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cash handling and lending
• Strong background in customer service and sales
• Proven leadership skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
• Excellent math skills
• Prior banking experience is a plus

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
