Wire Specialist

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Wire Support Specialist to assist one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest.

• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F)
• Office located in the Westerville, OH area

Job Details:

• Handle incoming phone calls from internal branch partners regarding wire transfers (~50/day)
• Confirm that wire has been received within the expected timing
• Convey specific details related to wire instructions
• Research and confirm wire amounts and reference numbers
• Receive occasional calls from Loan/Mortgage teams requesting wire-related details

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of customer support experience, preferably within the banking industry
• Customer service oriented - professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
