Good Food Restaurants is searching for bussers at our Spring & Main location. With exciting new restaurants and bold entertainment options all under one roof in the heart of downtown Lima. With the reopening of the Lima legacy Casa Lu Al, the warm hospitality of Nonno's Cellar, the contemporary feel of Vista Taco and its rooftop bar, and all the excitement of Corner Pins duckpin bowling alley, Spring & Main has the variety and fun you're looking for in a job!

Overview: For this position, we are seeking reliable and team-oriented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as needed with a welcoming and positive attitude 
• Communicate effectively with front of house team members and managers 
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables/chairs/seats quickly to ensure efficient seating 
• Assist serving staff with pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages to guests 
• Assist bar staff with bussing by removing full bus tubs and delivering to bus station 
• Stocking side plates in designated service areas 
• Stocking products and surface cleaning public restrooms throughout the shift 
• Rolling silver as needed throughout the shift 
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, floors, restrooms, and other public areas 
• Execute daily cleaning details, as outlined by the management team 

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team and take direction
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 16+ to apply
