MIG Welder/Fabricator
Action Group, a leading company in the industry, is currently seeking three skilled MIG Welders to join our first shift team. The successful candidates will work from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime. Responsibilities
Must be able to read prints!- Perform MIG welds and other types of welds based on project needs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, work samples, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of assignments.
- Position and clamp work pieces together or assemble them in a jig fixture in preparation for welding.
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve the proper surface finish.
- Adhere to all shop safety requirements.
- Work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG welding.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
