The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the client journey. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support to new and existing clients

• Assist clients with documentation, scheduling, and general service coordination

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution

• Support onboarding of new clients and help facilitate a positive experience

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or client relations
