We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Service Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the client journey. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support to new and existing clients
Assist clients with documentation, scheduling, and general service coordination
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution
Support onboarding of new clients and help facilitate a positive experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or client relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
