Are you an energetic and self-motivated professional looking for an opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company? The Huntington Billboard Company is seeking an Inbound Calls & Sales Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This position will work closely with both our sales and administrative teams to support our ongoing growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters in Gordon, Ohio. The primary focus is managing inbound calls and providing vital support to our sales operations. We’re growing rapidly and need someone eager to jump in and help us succeed!

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties (90% of the role):

• Answer and assist with all inbound calls.
• Route calls to the appropriate salespeople or territories.
• Document and update inquiries in call-in reports and CRM, tracking and tabulating percentages.

Additional Responsibilities (as time allows):

• Train and become proficient in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Train and become proficient in our Apparatix sales software.
• Familiarize yourself with our billboard markets and inventory across all states.
• Assist the sales team with proposals, research, contracts, and promotional materials.

Preferred Qualifications (not required) :

• 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or inbound call specialist.
• Someone who truly enjoys talking with people and can provide a wonderful first impression for our company.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Compensation & Requirements

• Salary range is based on work experience.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
