Full- Time In Office Position- Hours are flexible with the position but our standard hours are 9-6pm
*This is NOT a remote position

Details:
We are coming into our busy season quickly! So we are searching for someone motivated to start, complete training with our current scheduler, and get ready to rock!
Once trained your biggest job duty will be scheduling incoming appointments with new customer leads and current clients

• Scheduling appointments
• Calling Client for yearly reviews
• Rescheduling Missed Appointments
• Contacting incoming leads to collect information about meetings
• Some cold calling will be done but the majority will be incoming leads or warm leads
• Basic Computer skills needed

Must Have

• Must enjoy to talk
• Reliable transportation to get to/from work
• Willingness to attend work consistently
• Self motivated as we are not micro managers
• Organized
