Assembly Laborer

Location: Columbiana, OHTraining: All new hires will complete 3–4 weeks of training on 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: SWING SHIFT-1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm, 2nd shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday
Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for 2nd shift Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
- Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic)
- Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards
- Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs
- Must be available to work OT and Saturdays
