Shift: 2nd (+$1.50 shift premium)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a balance of mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain and repair industrial machinery in a dynamic and modern facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery with a focus on both mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment.
• Read blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
• Conduct facilities maintenance as needed.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and equipment installation.
• Handle electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance, and fabrication tasks.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Dependability and a safety-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of Quality System requirements.
• Flexibility in working hours, including overtime, holidays, and different shifts.
• At least 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with CNC machines and PLC troubleshooting.
• GED or high school diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wooster, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
