We are seeking a dedicated Grinding Machinist to join our growing, high-precision manufacturing operation in Twinsburg, Ohio . Position Essentials

• Pay: $20/hour

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Location: Twinsburg, OH

What You'll Do: Your Responsibilities

As a Precision Machinist, you will be crucial in setting up and operating a variety of machine tools, focusing on grinding, to produce precision metal components. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Interpretation: Working accurately from blueprints, sketches, and samples to produce quality components.

• Setup & Operation: Setting up, aligning, and adjusting cutting tools and workpieces on lathes, mills, drills, and grinders (Grinding experience is a plus!).

• Quality Control: Calculating dimensions and verifying accuracy using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Finishing: Inspecting, testing, deburring, and finishing completed parts to meet strict tolerances and quality standards .

• Maintenance: Keeping equipment clean and performing basic preventative maintenance (PM).

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable individual with a commitment to safety and quality.

• Experience: Prior machining experience or relevant technical training is required.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings .

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail , reliability, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

• Fundamentals: Solid basic math and problem-solving skills.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
