We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist that is well versed in all aspects of the position. Job duties would include scheduling, answering phones, cancelling appointments, verifying insurance, billing, posting payments, checking in and out patients, calling specialists offices, sending and receiving emails, and working proficiently with Dexis and Softdent software programs. We are a small, privately owned, general practice office with one full-time hygienist and one full-time dentist. We are in the heart of Firestone Park, Akron. We have been in business for 24 years. Our patients and staff are like family. We are looking for someone who is competent, fun-loving, and looking for a long-term position and dental home.
