Service & Repair Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Work on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
• Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
• Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
• Identify and escalate risks related to parts, capacity, or scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate documentation from job initiation through completion
• Partner with purchasing, sales, and shop leadership to synchronize priorities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
• Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
• Understanding of machining, assembly, or repair sequencing is a plus
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
