Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborative and effective communication abilities with staff, teachers, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of individual students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision for a team of three RBTs, guiding effective practice and professional development
• Assist in the creation, modification, and monitoring of student behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to develop proactive strategies and support generalization of behavioral interventions
• Monitor data collection and interpret results to inform ongoing interventions and achieve student goals
• Participate in team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed throughout the school year
• Remain current with best practices in behavioral analysis and educational intervention
