Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver
Operating out of the heart of Ohio, our Columbus dedicated fleet is designed for the professional driver who values a predictable routine and localized freight. This is not your typical "all over the map" OTR job. You will handle high-priority, dedicated store deliveries within a tight radius of our primary distribution hubs. What is the Earnings Potential? • Weekly Income: $1,500 Gross Average • Yearly Projection: $78,000 • New Hire Incentive: $2,500 Dedicated Sign-On Bonus • Performance Pay: Extra 3 CPM available for drivers who prioritize safety and on-time service • Accessorial Pay: $12.50/hour for detention and $100/day for layover/breakdown What Does the Work-Life Balance Look Like? • Home Schedule: Home Weekly for a full 34-hour reset • The Route: Regional-style runs primarily through OH, IN, MI, and PA • Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (Drop & Hook or Store Unloads) • Mileage: High-volume lane averaging 2,300+ miles per week What Kind of Rig Will I Drive? • Fleet: Late-model 2021 or newer Kenworths or Freightliners • Maintenance: Professionally maintained sleepers equipped for regional comfort • Safety: 24/7 road-side assistance and dedicated dispatch support What Benefits Are Included? • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starting after 30 days • Financial Future: 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% company match • Rest & Relaxation: Paid vacation time (starting at 1 week after your first year) • Family Friendly: Professional Rider and Pet policies are available Who Are We Looking For? • Drivers with a valid Class A CDL • A minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience • Proximity to Columbus, OH (43215) or surrounding areas • Reliability to handle weekend runs as part of the weekly reset rotation
