We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will perform clerical, administrative and some accounting functions to help drive company success. Room for growth in our company for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact lists, correspondence, appointments and calendars
- Maintain confidential business and financial records/files
- Greet and assist onsite clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls and handle daily mail
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Maintain business supplies and help ensure office equipment is operational
- Help maintain client billings, invoicing, daily banking deposits and receipts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and strong professional presence
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and background in handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong background in working with technology, electronic files and a paperless environment
- Strong experience/solid knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite programs and working with pdf's
- Data entry and/or bookkeeping experience a plus
- Team player, willingness to do what it takes to complete the job
- Continuous learning and developing mindset
