Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic retail environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Retail Store Team Lead to help drive the success of our store. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting management in sales, customer service, and team mentorship. As an expert in opening and closing procedures, you’ll keep our retail store operation running seamlessly from start to finish.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is properly secured and ready for business.
- Reconcile cash registers, prepare deposits, and handle closing paperwork accurately.
- Set up promotional displays, ensuring products are showcased effectively and stocked according to plan.
- Mentor and guide team members on sales strategies, helping them reach their goals.
- Proactively identify and complete retail tasks to maintain a high standard of store organization.
In This Role, You’ll Also:
- Deliver excellent customer service, offering knowledgeable product recommendations and helping customers find what they need.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking merchandise, and receiving shipments.
- Support store events and contribute to event planning to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
- Equestrian experience and a solid understanding of equine products.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to keyholder responsibilities and supervisory duties
- Part-time availability that includes one full weekend a month.
- Competitive hourly wage ($16.00 per hour to start)
