What You'll Do:
As a Finance Analyst , you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, providing financial oversight of our channel partner contracts and commission programs. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. This role will serve as a key financial advisor to the Channel Partner Account Team, driving financial performance, governance, and compliance across the organization.
- Lead the end-to-end commission management process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee the commission module and related journal entries, ensuring accurate liability reporting.
- Resolve escalated commission-related issues and ensure audit readiness through robust documentation and controls.
- Drive continuous improvement in commission processes and reporting.
- Serve as the primary financial partner to the Channel Partner Account Team, providing strategic insights and decision support.
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to channel operations.
- Analyze financial performance, including miscellaneous income/expense, and present.
- Financial review and governance of third-party channel partner contracts.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to support contract negotiations and compliance.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contractual agreements and governance documentation.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / financial system
Considered a Plus:
- Experience in compliance, governance, or internal controls
- Familiarity with SAP, BOBJ
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Background in channel partner program
