CNC Lathe/Mill Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.50 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Set up CNC Lathe/ Mill machines to run production as needed Troubleshoot problems during CNC production to minimize non-conformances. When problems rise, notify the superior (Cell Lead)Use calipers, mics, indicators while performing setups to ensure machines and fixtures are set correctly Use basic math skills to determine and conduct tool offsets Read CMM reports generated from parts that were ran through production to ensure quality standards and specs are being met Dress and set tools for the CNC machines Operate multiple machines Perform Daily 5S (Cleaning)Conduct daily machine visual inspections and ensure coolant levels are adequate.

CNC Lathe/Mill Operator Qualifications:

Basic reading and math skills (minimum of 8th grade level) GED or High School Diploma required, and 1 to 3 years in Manufacturing Experience. Abilities: Manufacturing Quality, Controls and Instrumentation, Mechanical Inspection Tools. Skills: Decision Making, Problem Solving, Job Knowledge, understands copy exact requirements, experience with OSHA compliance.
